1. Return Policy

At Art Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, or used
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork
  • Digital art downloads
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after 30 days

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@artmart.com or call +1 (555) 123-4567 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at returns@artmart.com.

9. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
